I’m a Jesus-loving, homesteading, homeschooling mama to a beautifully blended family of 8 little blessings.

My journey into natural wellness began years ago as a licensed massage therapist, spa manager, chiropractic office manager, and clinic owner. Through those experiences, I developed a deep passion for holistic health, homeopathy, and God-given remedies found in nature.

As a mama, keeping our family healthy means being intentional about what we put in our bodies — and trusting the gifts of the earth He’s provided. Herbs are part of our daily rhythm, supporting immunity, wellness, and peace of mind.
